The Yellow Angelfish, also referred to as the False Lemonpeel Angelfish, originates Indo Pacific Area. Its bright yellow coloration closely resembles that of the Lemonpeel Angelfish, minus the distinctive blue markings around the eyes and along the fin edges. For optimal care, a 70-gallon or larger aquarium with sufficient hiding places and abundant live rock for grazing is recommended. In a reef environment, this species may nip at large-polyped stony corals, certain soft coral polyps, and clam mantles.
